13-year-old stable after shooting Thursday in Wilmington

A 13-year-old boy was shot Thursday in Wilmington's 9th Ward section, police said.


Wilmington Police said the shooting occurred at approximately 5:48 p.m. in the 600 block of W. 27th Street. The teen was transported to the hospital and listed in stable condition.


No other information was immediately available.
