Injuries reported after school bus crashes into Bushkill Creek




Police said students were on the bus when it landed in the Bushkill Creek.


EASTON, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- A school bus with students on board crashed into a creek Monday morning in Easton, Pennsylvania, according to police.


The crash was reported just before 7:40 a.m. on the 500 block of Bushkill Drive. Police said the bus, which was carrying students from Easton Area Middle School, landed in the Bushkill Creek.


Officials said there were injuries reported, but the exact number is not yet known. It was also not immediately clear if the injuries were to students.


Police and fire crews remain on the scene.
