A 34-year-old man was hospitalized after being shot in Wilmington Tuesday night, according to Wilmington Police.
The shooting occurred at 11:12 p.m. in the 300 block of North Broom Street, police said. Police said the victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Police did not provide any further details citing an ongoing investigation.
The shooting marks the 13th person shot in Wilmington so far this year, according to Delaware Online/The News Journal's shooting database. A 28-year-old man was shot in Wilmington's Quaker City neighborhood Tuesday morning.
