An overturned tractor-trailer caused significant traffic delays on I-95 heading from Pennsylvania into Delaware during the morning commute Thursday.
The crash occurred just north of the ramp to the Commodore Barry Bridge on I-95 in Chester, Pennsylvania. A tractor-trailer turned over the guardrail of the south lanes.
As of about 11 a.m., most of the south lanes of I-95 were blocked as a cleanup effort began. Earlier in the morning the lanes were open, but traffic was moved slowly around the tractor-trailer which was in the median.
