A 19-year-old Laurel man who was on house arrest for sexually assaulting a child between the ages of 1 and 11 has been arrested again on similar charges.
Ivory Miller was charged with multiple felonies after three children reported he had assaulted them "over the course of several months," Laurel police said.
Police were made aware of the report on Tuesday and said they arrested Miller Wednesday after a quick investigation.
Police have released little information about the assaults Miller is accused of committing, but said the 19-year-old had previously assaulted juveniles in 2019. Delaware sex offender records show he was convicted on June 17 of unlawful sexual contact second degree.
The victim in that case was between the age of 1 and 11, sex offender records show. Court records that would give more information about the assault were not immediately available to Delaware Online/The News Journal.
The Court of Common Pleas also did not immediately respond to a request to access details of the most recent accusations against Miller.
Those charges include:
Unlawful sexual conduct against a child by a sex offender
Unlawful sexual contact with a person under 13;
Unlawful sexual contact 2nd degree
Miller was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and taken to Sussex Correctional Institute on $33,000 cash-only bail.
Laurel police are asking anyone with information about Miller or any other potential victims to call the department at 302-875-2244.
